This committee works in tandem with examinations and daily operations to ensure students attendance is marked, tabulated and submitted for student review. For timetabling, this committee will ensure that the on-ground operations team releases timetables on schedule. Additionally, the committee will maintain records of the timetables for audit purposes.
This committee is responsible for conduction of exams, announcements, paper collection/setting, the conduction of exams, tabulating marks, publishing results and record keeping of papers. This committee will also look into student review meetings with parents and guardians from invitation to execution. And correction for online/visiting faculties as and when needed.

This committee is responsible for the books available on campus, monthly adding references, articles and other material shared by faculties during classes. Adding textbooks each semester, all books labelling and inventory management and ensuring the library is well utilised by students and faculties alike. Also, storage of recorded lectures comes under this committee.
Scope: This committee is responsible for any medical emergency and resolution needed on ground with any staff or students. This committee is responsible for any compliance protocols such as fire extinguishers, substance usage, nearby hospital tie up, police and ambulance numbers and any other required medicines on ground (Purchase, checking expiry, discarding and replacing medicines).
This committee is a collaborative effort from each department to help admissions and HR get the best companies to place our students, all internship/volunteer opportunities will also be evaluated by this committee. Once the companies come in, joint evaluation will lead to admissions opening the opportunities to students.
HR to support with the set up of interviews for each student and help with evaluation forms etc. This then will lead to closure and formal letter from TSI placement cell.
This committee also maintains records of all internships/volunteer work and placements year after year and a Master sheet of companies for the same.
The prevention of sexual harassment committee is compulsory under the government norms and hence is only for resolutions when complaints are filed. One external person is mandatory in this committee.
This committee is in charge of all sporting activities, exclusively or within a celebratory event or official and unofficial involving students, staff and external parties. This committee will look into all aspects from ideation, budgeting, operation and impact assessment for the same. COE operations are a segment of its own and not included in committee workings unless part of a larger plan.
This committee is in charge of all handling of student affairs, festivals and celebrations held on campus from ideation, budgeting, purchasing, operations and impact assessment. This does not include class directed field visits or internships.
As per the guidelines of AICTE and the University of Mumbai, every student and his/ her parent is expected to submit an undertaking in the form of an affidavit each year committing to prevention of ragging in the Institute. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of admission.
