Having spent over 40 years of my life in various roles in the realm of sports, it is my endeavor, at TransStadia, to offer to the world a noteworthy experience. I was amongst the few fortunate athletes who not just played sport, but also had an opportunity to well educate myself and transition smoothly into a second and third career, thus valuing how that education shaped my life.
It is with great pride that I lead an innovative institution, dedicated to implementing a hybrid educational model. This approach integrates the quintessential practices of the past, while adopting a progressive stance on academic engagement. Ms. Lochan Chavan is a highly skilled and passionate educator with over six years of experience in higher education. Combining practical knowledge and theoretical expertise, she has a proven track record of fostering high-achieving students through engaging and well-structured curriculum designs.
An accomplished academic, Ms. Chavan holds an LLB from Nalanda College of Law and an MCom from Mumbai University. She has also enhanced her professional skill set through certifications in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and MOOC (Intermediate Level). With a strong work ethic and self- motivation, she adeptly balances research, teaching, and administrative responsibilities, consistently achieving first-class results while meeting deadlines. Ms. Chavan’s expertise and versatile approach make her a valuable asset to TSI’s faculty.
Dr. Lipika Mazumdar is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in teaching Mathematics across diverse disciplines, including Engineering, MBA, MCA, and doctoral research.
A University Gold Medallist, Dr. Mazumdar holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from R.D. University, Jabalpur, where her research was funded by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). Her thesis, An Algebraic Study of Multivariate Piecewise Polynomials, highlights her profound contributions to mathematical research. She also holds an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. from R.D. University. In addition, she qualified for the prestigious National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship by the University Grants Commission.
Dr. Mazumdar has published her work in reputed international journals, including the Journal of Indian Mathematical Society and Mathematics of Computations (American Mathematical Society), showcasing her research in multivariate spline modules and polynomial rings.
Renowned as a passionate educator and an ardent learner, Dr. Mazumdar combines her dedication to teaching with an unwavering commitment to academic excellence.
Mr. Sunny Lodha is an accomplished educator and trainer with over 11 years of professional experience, including 8 years in teaching and 3 years in the IT industry. A dedicated and empathetic mentor, he is known for creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire students to excel.
Mr. Lodha holds a BE in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Kharghar. His expertise spans Data Analysis, Machine Learning concepts, and Technical Training, with over six years of experience in delivering impactful training sessions.
Mr. Lodha also serves as a mentor and leader, evidenced by his role as Head Coach of Inspire Terminators, the winning team of BNI QUEST 2020. A certified SAP-MM consultant, he actively participates in extracurricular activities, having captained his college cricket team and represented his college in volleyball tournaments.
Mr. Lodha’s passion for teaching, technical expertise, and ability to inspire students make him an invaluable asset to the TSI faculty.
