Venue Management: Preparation and setup of event space, seat allocation, and prop placement.
Back Office: Support for event continuity, including documentation, scripting, and schedule management.
Program Coordination: Oversight of stage activities, event lineup, and stage management.
Food and Beverage: Management of food services, including procurement and distribution.
Technical Support: Operation of digital projections and lighting systems.
Accommodations: Coordination of lodging and amenities for participants.
Logistics: Management of event materials and supply chain requirements.
Guest Relations: Ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and jury members.
Media and Public Relations: Supervision of production and creation of marketing materials.
